1983—1984年早造对我院育成的水稻新品种“激青”进行了稻田土壤与植株的营养诊断。试验证明水稻新品种“激青”和其他常规品种或杂交水稻一样,植株体和土壤中的养分从低到高又转低的动态变化趋势与国内外有关报导大体相类似。高峰期出现在分蘖期至幼穗分化期,以后呈缓慢下降至灌浆成熟,所不同的是峰的高低、梯度大小稍有差异而已。参考这种变化趋势、结合土壤水肥状况、栽培管理措施,以便确定施肥时期、种类和数量。不同施氮水平的试验表明,稻株体和土壤中养分动态变化趋势,如峰的高低、梯度大小虽有所差异,但却呈现出类似变化曲线。而以亩施15~25斤纯氮,“激青”的形态、生理表现和产量较理想,经济效量也较高,说明“激青”品种适合低、中产地区种植。
In 1983-1984, the nutrition diagnosis of soil and plant in paddy field was made in “Qi Qing”, a new rice variety bred in our hospital. Experiments show that the new variety of “Qing Qing” rice and other conventional varieties or hybrid rice, plant and soil nutrients from low to high and turn down the dynamic trends similar with the relevant reports at home and abroad. The peak appeared in the tillering stage to young panicle differentiation period, and then slowly decreased to filling maturation, the difference is the peak height, gradient size slightly different. Reference to this trend, combined with the status of soil water and fertilizer, cultivation and management measures to determine the fertilization period, type and quantity. Experiments with different nitrogen levels showed that the dynamic changes of nutrients in rice plant and soil, such as peak height and gradient, showed similar curves. However, with 15-25 kg of pure nitrogen per acre, the morphology, physiological performance and yield of “agile green” are more ideal and the economic efficiency is also higher, indicating that “agile green” is suitable for planting in low and middle producing areas.
