在隧道小半径曲线段盾构施工时,管片容易发生破损现象,这对隧道的质量、安全性和耐久性影响很大。以武汉地铁2号线越江隧道盾构区间的一个连续小半径曲线段-缓和曲线段-直线段施工为例,结合该区间工程施工时盾构过小半径曲线段-直线段的运行特点和管片的破损特征,对管片破损的原因进行了总结分析,探讨了盾构掘进施工时通过小半径曲线段到直线段这一区间的施工操作要领。
During the construction of shield tunnels with small radius curves in the tunnel, the segment is prone to breakage, which has a great impact on the quality, safety and durability of the tunnel. Taking the construction of a continuous small radius curve section - mild curve section - straight line section of shield tunnel section of Wuhan Metro Line 2 cross-river tunnel as an example, in combination with the operation characteristics of the curve segment - The damage characteristics of the sheet were analyzed and the reasons for the failure of the sheet were summarized. The essentials of construction operation through the section of the curve with small radius to the straight section during shield tunneling were discussed.
