本刊讯10月19日记者从国家税务总局获息,由于农用拖拉机、收割机和手扶拖拉机专用轮胎不属于《中华人民共和国消费税暂行条例》(中华人民共和国国务院令第539号)规定的应征消费税的汽车轮胎“范围,国家税务总局于2010年10月19日发布公告。
