目的 对遵义市结膜吸吮线虫中间宿主冈田绕眼果蝇进行诱捕、鉴定及实验室饲养.方法 在遵义市郊区果园用发酵水果袋诱捕果蝇,对采集的果蝇进行分离、鉴定,将冈田绕眼果蝇在实验室人工饲养、繁殖.结果 在遵义市成功诱捕到结膜吸吮线虫中间宿主冈田绕眼果蝇,具有复眼周边环形白色条带、胸背部多个褐色暗斑、足胫节3个黑色环带及腹部第3~5节背侧“山”字形黑色横带等特征性标志.使用发酵水果进行实验室饲养、繁殖,人工气候箱中温度28℃、湿度75%、光照8 h/d条件下,25 ~ 28 d可完成一代生活史发育.结论 遵义市捕获到结膜吸吮线虫中间宿主冈田绕眼果蝇,实验室饲养、繁殖成功,为进一步建立结膜吸吮线虫病动物模型打下基础.“,”Objective To investigate the role Amiota okadai plays in the transmission of Thelazia callipaeda in Zunyi City,we collected,identified Amiota okadai and then bred them in laboratory.Methods Flies were collected using a cloth bag containing sliced fermentative fruit.Once captured,initial screening was based on their morphological features,then they were transferred and bred at laboratory.Results Flies were successfully captured by netting them around the bag in selected study sites of Zunyi City.Initial screening was based on their morphological features,such as a white ring around the eyes,abdomen showing dark bands,3 dark bands on the legs and bands like Chinese character “shan” on the 3 ~ 5 section of abdomen.Flies were breeding by sliced fermentative fruit in artificial climate box at 28 ℃,75% humidity under a 8 h light/d dark photoperiod,and a complete generation is about 25 ~ 28 days.Conclusion Flies were successfully captured and were identified the Amiota okadai which was the intermediate hosts and vectors of the eye worm Thelazia callipaeda.As the complete life cycle was established in laboratory,the model between Thelazia callipaeda and its fly vector will be reconstructed in light of A okadai study.
