哈佛大学教授威廉·詹姆士研究发现:一个人要是没有受到激励,仅能发挥其能力的20%~30%;如果受到正确而充分的激励,就能发挥到80%~90%,甚至更高。在教学过程中,常常遇到这种情况:能力相当的学生会取得不同的成绩,甚至能力差的学生可能比能力强的学生成绩更好。原因是多方面的,但最主要的是由于激励的程度和效果不同所致。因此,正确而充分地激励学生,发挥其能力至关重要。下面我就实践经验谈一谈激励在数学教学中的具体运用。第一,数学是一门很灵活的学科,不能单纯地讲授课本“死”知识,应多鼓励学生去探究。在
