编者按:从20世纪90年代中期开始,随着聚酯合成技术的发展和新型聚酯、改性聚酯原料的开发,PBT、CoPET、PTT、PC、PMMA、PBS以及LCP等高性能聚酯材料逐渐成为高分子合成材料的主角。在世界范围内,这些高性能聚酯材料除了部分用于纤维市场,其余广泛应用于工程塑料、板材、片材薄膜以及瓶用等领域。进入21世纪后,在高性能聚酯原料和终端高科技应用领域占据优势的西欧、北美和日本等地的大型石油化工企业,开始加快高性能聚酯材料的产品开发,并取得成效。聚酯材料产品开发的高性能化和高附加值化已成为业界的共识。而高性能非纤聚酯的开发对于缓解我国现阶段聚酯产能过剩的压力无疑具有重要的现实意义。
Editor’s Note: Since the mid 90s of the 20th century, with the development of polyester synthesis technology and the development of new polyester and modified polyester raw materials, high performance polyesters such as PBT, CoPET, PTT, PC, PMMA, PBS and LCP Material has gradually become the protagonist of polymer materials. Around the world, these high-performance polyester materials are partly used in the fiber market, while others are widely used in engineering plastics, sheets, sheet films and bottles. In the 21st century, large-scale petrochemical enterprises in Western Europe, North America and Japan, which dominate high-performance polyester raw materials and terminal high-tech applications, began to accelerate the development of high-performance polyester materials and achieved results. Polyester material product development, high performance and high value-added has become the consensus of the industry. However, the development of high-performance non-fiber polyester undoubtedly has important practical significance to relieve the pressure of overcapacity of polyester in China at this stage.
