采用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对纳米羟基磷灰石(HAP)进行处理,并接枝左旋丝氨酸(L-ser)制备改性羟基磷灰石(L-ser-KH560-HAP),并对其进行了红外光谱表征。研究了不同接枝条件对HAP改性结果和性能的影响。以溶菌酶(LSZ)为目标蛋白,测试了L-ser-KH560-HAP对酶的吸附性能和悬浮稳定性。研究表明,经过改性接枝后的纳米粒子L-ser-KH560-HAP在水中的分散性较好,对酶的吸附性能有所提高。
Nano-hydroxyapatite (HAP) was treated with silane coupling agent KH-560 and L-ser was modified to produce modified hydroxyapatite (L-ser-KH560-HAP) Infrared spectroscopy was performed. The effects of different grafting conditions on the results and properties of HAP modification were studied. Using lysozyme (LSZ) as target protein, the adsorption properties and suspension stability of L-ser-KH560-HAP were tested. The results showed that the L-ser-KH560-HAP nanoparticle modified by grafting was better dispersible in water and the adsorption capacity of the enzyme was improved.
