本文报道一例因表现为败血症和脑膜炎而延误诊断的奴卡菌病(Nocardiosis)病例.病例报告男性,39岁,重度非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,接受脾切除及加强化疗。一月前因并发难辨梭状芽胞杆菌相关腹泻、大肠杆菌败血症及肺部感染、重型原发性水痘而中断治疗.并发症康复后,进行巩固化疗。三月后复发,继续化疗。化疗第4月时,病人因全身不适2周,伴头痛、畏光3天入院。无发热、咳嗽及呼吸困难。
This article reports on a case of Nocardiosis that has been delayed in diagnosis due to sepsis and meningitis.Part Three male, 39 years old with severe non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma who underwent splenectomy and chemotherapy. A month ago due to complications associated with Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea, Escherichia coli sepsis and lung infections, severe primary chickenpox and treatment interruption .Rehabilitation complications, consolidation chemotherapy. Recurrence in March to continue chemotherapy. In the 4th month of chemotherapy, the patient was admitted to the hospital for 3 days because of general malaise for 2 weeks with headache and photophobia. No fever, cough and breathing difficulties.
