作者采用二硫苏糖醇(Sputasol)处理卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的痰液、支气管引流液和气管肺泡洗净液及患者死后的肺部组织,用Gomori’s Methenamine Silver(GMS)染色,用光镜和电镜来观察卡氏肺孢子虫的包囊。
The authors used Sputasol to treat sputum from Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, bronchial drainage and tracheal alveolar washings and lung tissue from post-mortem patients, stained with Gomori’s Methenamine Silver (GMS) Microscope and electron microscopy to observe Pneumocystis carinii cysts.
