采用快速直接竞争酶联免疫法检测苹果、梨、小油菜、大米和大麦中的西维因残留,并以高效液相法进行验证。高效液相色谱法和酶联免疫法所得结果的相关性很好,相关系数大于0.8。同时研究了一种简单、快速并有效的提取方法——2min匀浆法,样品回收率超过90%。选用苹果、梨、小油菜、大米和大麦5种不同的样品,通过实验排除了5种基质对酶联免疫分析方法的影响。根据本研究,进一步开发并制成检测西维因残留的试剂盒,可用于大量样品的快速现场检测。
Rapid and direct competition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of cineral residues in apple, pear, canola, rice and barley was performed and validated by HPLC. The results obtained by HPLC and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were well correlated with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.8. At the same time, a simple, rapid and effective extraction method - 2min homogenization method, the sample recovery rate of more than 90%. Five different samples of apples, pears, canola, rice and barley were selected to exclude the influence of five kinds of matrixes on ELISA. Based on this study, a kit for the detection of CIV-Residues was further developed and made available for rapid on-site testing of a large number of samples.
