我们两厂联合设计、试制的JJK2A型建筑卷扬机适用于一般土木建筑的起重、提升及运输重物。该机主要性能达到了设计要求,已通过鉴定并批量生产。一、结构该机主要结构见图1。其特点是结构紧凑、操作方便、使用安全。该机传动系统由电动机经带制动轮的弹性联轴器、减速箱至卷筒。卷筒轴两端采用滑动轴承为支点(见图2)。当起动电机时,制动器松闸;停止电机时,制动器抱闸。因此在工作中遇到停电或电气断路时,能迅速抱闸阻止重物下降,以防事故发生。
The JJK2A construction winch jointly designed and trial-produced by our two plants is suitable for lifting, lifting, and transporting heavy objects in general civil construction. The main performance of the aircraft has met the design requirements and has passed the identification and mass production. I. Structure The main structure of the aircraft is shown in Figure 1. Its features are compact structure, easy operation and safe use. The machine’s transmission system consists of an electric motor with an elastic coupling with a brake wheel, a gearbox and a reel. Both ends of the spool shaft use sliding bearings as the fulcrum (see Figure 2). When the motor is started, the brake is released; when the motor is stopped, the brake is braked. Therefore, in the event of a power outage or electrical disconnection at work, the brake can be quickly stopped to prevent the weight from dropping, to prevent accidents.
