患者,女性,40岁,已婚。主因咳嗽、喘息5个月于1986年6月9月来我院就医。患者从事种植蘑菇40天后(蘑菇开始成熟),突然出现流涕、打喷嚏、咳嗽、咯黄色痰,晨起量多,约为200ml左右,低热、喘息、乏力、倦怠、厌食、消瘦及关节酸痛症状。因此来我院治疗,诊为“慢性支气管炎”。经肌注青、链霉素,口服复方茶碱等好转。再次接触蘑菇后上述症状复发,如此反复数次。既往健康,无气管炎、支气管哮喘和药物过敏病史。查体:体温37.2℃,血压140/90mmHg。两肺叩清音,听诊有散在的喘鸣音。余无异常发现。白细胞11,000,中性76％,淋巴22％,嗜酸2％。胸片:两肺纹理增粗。肝功能、血沉、尿常规均正常。

Physical examination: body temperature 37.2 ℃, blood pressure 140 / 90mmHg. Voiced sound of both lungs, auscultation of scattered wheezing. I found no abnormalities. WBC 11,000, Neutral 76%, Lymph 22%, Eosinophil 2%. Chest radiograph: thickening of the two lungs. Liver function, ESR, urinary routine are normal.
