首次应用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究转移至固体表面上的磷脂与卟啉混合单分子LB膜的微观结构和相状态行为.实验中直接观察到混合分子膜的相分离现象及分离过程中分子畴结构随膜压的变化情况.获得了较清晰、重复性好的磷脂和卟啉两种分子的有序排列结构图象,AFM在获得膜表面结构信息的同时可测量膜的纳米级摩擦力特性,并可用探针在分子膜表面的微区进行直接的细微刻蚀.
Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to study the microstructure and phase behavior of monolayer LB films mixed with phospholipids and porphyrins onto a solid surface.The phase separation of mixed molecular films and the molecular domain structure With the change of membrane pressure, the ordered arrangement of two molecules of phospholipids and porphyrins with clear and reproducible structure was obtained. The AFM could measure the nanoscale frictional properties of the membrane while obtaining the information of the membrane surface structure, And the probe can be directly micro-etching in the micro-area of the molecular film surface.
