目的:探讨双根清脑颗粒对血管性痴呆大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法:原代培养的大鼠脑血管内皮细胞,以低氧低糖方式造模。以不同浓度含药双根清脑颗粒血清药干预,以MTT法检测脑血管内皮细胞的存活率,以流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡的情况。结果:中剂量的含药血清能显著保护血管内皮细胞,与模型组对比存在统计学意义。结论:在一定浓度范围内的双根清脑颗粒含药血清能够明显保护原代培养的脑血管内皮细胞。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Shuanggan Qingnao Granules on cerebral microvascular endothelial cells in rats with vascular dementia. Methods: Primary cultured rat brain vascular endothelial cells were modeled by hypoxia and hypoglycemia. The different concentrations of drug intervention Shuanggen Qingnao Granules serum MTT assay to detect the survival rate of cerebral vascular endothelial cells to detect apoptosis by flow cytometry. Results: The middle dose of medicated serum could significantly protect the vascular endothelial cells, which was statistically significant compared with the model group. Conclusion: Shuanggen Qingnao granule-containing serum in a certain concentration range can obviously protect the primary culture of cerebrovascular endothelial cells.
