故障现象一辆2012年产雷克萨斯IS250车,搭载4GRFSE缸内直喷发动机,累计行驶里程约为6.5万km。客户反映,该车行驶中发动机突然熄火,而后再也无法起动着机。故障诊断接车后试车,发现起动机运转有力,但发动机无着机迹象,且发动机故障灯常亮。查看该车维修记录,发现该车未发生过事故,且维护记录良好;与驾驶人沟通得知,该车未在其他修理厂加装过电器设备,也未清洗过内饰。用故障检测仪检测,在发动机控制单元中读得了故障代码“P0087——油轨/系统压力太低”;查看定格数据流(图
Fault phenomenon A 2012 Nissan Lexus IS250 car, equipped with 4GRFSE in-cylinder direct injection engine, the cumulative mileage of about 65,000 km. The client reported that the engine suddenly turned off during the driving of the vehicle and could no longer start the machine. Troubleshooting After the car was unloaded, it was found that the starter was working well, but there was no indication of engine failure and the engine fault light was always on. Check the vehicle maintenance records and found that the car did not have an accident, and maintenance records are good; communication with the driver learned that the car did not install additional electrical appliances in the repair shop, nor clean the interior.
