以MG375W采煤机的摆线轮与销排无链牵引机构为例,进行了摆线轮齿廓特性及运动特性的理论推导,对不同的啮合工位进行了计算机模拟仿真分析,得出了中心距及节距发生变化引起啮合传动特性的变化规律。这对采煤机的使用和设计有着参考和指导意义。
Taking the MG375W coal shearer cycloid gear and the pin row traction-free chain traction mechanism as an example, the theoretical derivation of the cycloid gear tooth profile characteristics and motion characteristics was carried out. The computer simulation of different meshing positions was carried out. The variation of center distance and pitch caused the variation of meshing transmission characteristics. This is the use and design of shearer has a reference and guiding significance.
