健康和谐的人际关系,有利于深化教师的职业道德,增强学生的自尊心、独立性、创造性和进取精神,形成积极向上的班级氛围,促进班级管理的顺利开展,实现班级管理的高效率。要达到这一目的,必须努力做到加强班主任与学校之间的上行沟通,加强班主任与科任教师之间、班干部之间平行沟通,加强师生之间及班干部与一般同学之间下行沟通,加强对外沟通,建立“三结合”的教育网络。
