目的 研究内吗啡肽 1(EM 1)水溶液最稳定pH值及预测EM - 1水溶液室温贮存期。方法 采用HPLC法作为测定方法 ,利用恒温加速实验研究EM 1水溶液的稳定性。结果 绘制出pH =速率图 ,恒温加速实验得到Arrehnius方程及动力学参数。结论 EM 1水溶液最稳定pH值为 4 .5~ 4 .8,预测EM 1室温 ( 2 5℃ )的t1 2 为 4 5天
Objective To study the most stable pH value of EM 1 and to predict the storage period of EM - 1 aqueous solution at room temperature. Methods HPLC method was used as the determination method, and the stability of EM 1 aqueous solution was studied by constant temperature accelerated experiment. Results The pH = rate plot was plotted, and the Arrhenius equation and kinetic parameters were obtained by isothermal accelerated experiments. Conclusion The most stable pH value of EM 1 aqueous solution is between 4.5 and 4.8, and the t1 2 of EM 1 at room temperature (25 ℃) is predicted to be 45 days
