当前社会中发生了一些教师与学生的冲突的事情,在构建和谐社会的主题下,建立和谐的校园师生关系刻不容缓。中学生处于青春期,他们这个阶段的成长至关重要。师生关系的好坏直接影响着教育的成效。良好的师生关系不仅是中学生完成学习任务的需要,也有利于教师自身的不断进步。新时期下的师生关系强调平等尊重、有效沟通和赞赏。教师要运用教学机智灵活处理好教育教学中的一些突发事件。
In the current society, there have been some conflicts between teachers and students. Under the theme of building a harmonious society, it is imperative to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students on campus. Middle school students are in adolescence, their growth at this stage is crucial. The quality of teacher-student relationship has a direct impact on the effectiveness of education. A good relationship between teachers and students is not only the need of secondary school students to complete their learning tasks, but also conducive to teachers’ continuous improvement. The teacher-student relationship under the new era emphasizes equal respect, effective communication and appreciation. Teachers should use teaching tactics to deal with some emergencies in education and teaching flexibly.
