目的分析多单位残根残冠氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复效果。方法选取本院口腔科收治的全瓷修复患者共30例,制作氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复体共50件,其中25例上颌、25例下颌;16个前牙单冠、18个后牙单冠、3个前牙固定桥、5个后牙固定桥。对患者修复1、3、6、12个月后进行随访观察,对患者牙周袋深度、牙龈出血指数以及附着丧失进行记录。结果患者在12个月之后均未出现边缘着色以及继发龋,颜色匹配稍差修复体3件。AL、PD以及BI指标与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结论全瓷冠桥修复具备生物相容性以及良好的稳定性,在临床上值得广泛使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of multi-unit residual crown crown zirconium all-ceramic crown bridge repair. Methods A total of 30 patients with all-ceramic restoration treated in our department were selected. A total of 50 zirconia all-ceramic crown bridge prostheses were made, of which 25 cases were maxillary and 25 cases mandibular. Sixteen anterior teeth single crowns and 18 posterior teeth single Crown, 3 anterior fixed bridge, 5 posterior fixed bridge. The patients were followed up for 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment. The patients’ periodontal pocket depth, gingival bleeding index and attachment loss were recorded. Results After 12 months, none of the patients had marginal coloring and secondary caries, and the color matching was slightly worse. There was no significant difference in AL, PD and BI indexes between before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion All-ceramic crown bridge with biocompatibility and good stability, it is widely used in clinical practice.
