水轮机转轮叶片二次热弯成型技术是一门可以获得叶型准确、铲磨量小、价格适中、生产周期较短的制造技术。此项技术一直为国内外制造厂商高度重视。两江／满台城电站水轮机转轮叶片二次热弯成型新工艺的成功探索，尤其是对叶片回弹量的控制为今后转轮叶片的制造技术的发展提供了宝贵的经验。
Turbine blade secondary hot bending forming technology is one that can get leaf-type accuracy, a small amount of shoveling, affordable, short production cycle of manufacturing technology. This technology has been attached great importance to domestic and foreign manufacturers. The successful exploration of the new technology of the secondary bending forming of turbine runner blades in Liangjiang / Manchengcheng Power Station, especially the control of the springback of the blades provides valuable experience for the future development of rotor blade manufacturing technology.
