目的 观察音频、氦氖激光、超短波综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 60例患者都有典型带状疱疹病史 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 3 0例 ,均接受常规药物治疗。治疗组同时加入综合物理治疗。在治疗后分别对患者进行对比、分析。结果 治疗后两组患者的指标均有所改善。治疗组改善的程度较对照组明显 ,且有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 综合物理治疗对带状疱疹后遗痛有较好的作用
Objective To observe the clinical effects of audio, He - Ne laser and ultrashort wave in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and to explore its mechanism. Methods Sixty patients had typical history of herpes zoster. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases, all receiving routine drug treatment. The treatment group also joined the comprehensive physical therapy. After treatment, the patients were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the indicators of both groups improved. The treatment group improved more significantly than the control group, and there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive physical therapy has a good effect on herpes zoster pain
