32年来我院收治20例再生障碍性贫血合并妊娠23例次,发生率为0.04%.病人以贫血、出血为主要临床症状,19例经骨髓穿刺确诊,其中5例确诊于孕期.结束妊娠对阴道出血≥400ml6例,感染4例,其中1例死亡.晚期分娩10例(1例双胎),死胎、早产、足月低体重儿及新生儿畸形共6例.再障危及母婴健康,因此病情未缓解时应尽量避免怀孕.一旦妊娠,早期人工流产常较顺利.孕中晚期引产并发症多,故应加强孕期保健,尽量保守治疗.在重度贫血、
