超氧化物歧化酶是一种金属酶,它具有防御机体内氧自由基损害的功能.它的活性中心是以咪唑桥联的多核过渡金属配合物[1~3].人工合成以含苯并咪唑化合物为配体的单核、同双核配合物,无论是在理论上还是在实际应用中都有极其重要的意义.本文以三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺为配体,合成了其钴(Ⅱ)的配合物,并进行了元素分析,红外光谱分析及结构测定
Superoxide dismutase is a metalloenzyme that has the function of protecting against oxygen free radicals in the body. Its active center is based on imidazole bridged multi-core transition metal complexes [1-3]. Synthesized with monobenzimidazole compound as a ligand mononuclear, with binuclear complexes, both in theory and in practical applications are extremely important.
