对预制混凝土大板的垂直板缝的抗剪强度进行了试验研究。在纯剪、剪压或剪弯条件下,总共对18个不同板缝宽度不同断面形状、不同缝中钢筋的数量和形状的试件进行了试验。所得结果同可供利用的理论方法,以及英国标准BS8110和美国混凝土学会(ACI)建筑法规的设计规程加以比较。我们考虑了在不同的荷载下,混凝土的抗剪强度和钢筋的暗销作用之影响,提出了一个通用的计算模型。模型给出了下限值,与试验结果比较一致,其安全系数为1.15。同时得出结论:板缝的宽度对抗剪强度有很大影响,在设计中是不可忽略的。
The shear strength of vertical slab joints of precast concrete slabs was experimentally studied. Under the conditions of pure shear, shear pressure or shearing, a total of 18 specimens with different widths of different seams and the number and shape of the rebars in different seams were tested. The results obtained are compared with the theoretical methods available for use, as well as the design regulations for British Standard BS8110 and the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Building Code. We consider the effect of shear strength of concrete and the effect of pinning of the steel under different loads, and propose a general calculation model. The lower limit value is given by the model, which is consistent with the test results. The safety factor is 1.15. At the same time, it is concluded that the width of the board seam has a great influence on the shear strength and cannot be ignored in the design.
