目前的教练员少数经过短期培训, 其余大都是经过长期实践磨练自修成材, 可谓“无师自通”,他们为门球的创造和发展做出了重要贡献,值得尊敬和赞扬。但是随着门球运动的发展,对教练员要求越来越高,上述形势显然需要改变, 要:与时俱进另谋思路。对培训教练员方面,做些粗浅探讨,供广大门球朋友参考。一、培训目标及方式: 培训教练员是一项经常性基础建设, 应有长期全面考虑。根据当前情况,可将教练员培训分为两个层次,即高级班和普通班。1.高级班由全国门协主办,选拔各省(市)、行业少数顶尖教练员以研讨为主,聘请专家、名人、教授授课为辅,学习研时国际、国内最先进的技、战术和知识,经过一个时期,打造出一批高级教练,继而以名师为龙头,训练出一批明星、名队。走品牌之路,逐步向专业化方向发展创造条件。路虽遥远,但大有希望。
