Paget 氏病和结节性多动脉炎均甚少见,现报告1例同时患有上述两种疾患的患者。患者张某,男,67岁。自1970年以来右肩酸痛,右上臂逐渐增粗并呈弧形弯曲,因不影响活动,未予介意。1981年发现双侧睾丸肿大,3年后因左侧睾丸疼痛,影响行走,于1984年7月14日在外科行双侧睾丸切除术(病理报告见后),伤口Ⅰ期愈合术后半月开始发烧,每日体温38.0～39.5℃,皮肤出现紫癜,咳嗽咳痰,痰中带血,尿频尿色加深,四肢肌肉及大关节游走性疼痛,于8月8日转入内科。查体:T38.2℃,P88次/min,BP120/78mmHg,贫血貌,躯干及四肢散在紫癜。双肺底有湿罗音。
Paget’s disease and polyarteritis nodosa are rare, and 1 patient is reported as having both of these conditions. Patient Zhang, male, 67 years old. Examination: T38.2 ℃, P88 times / min, BP120 / 78mmHg, anemia appearance, trunk and limbs purpura. Bottom of the lungs have wet rales.
