农药的安全合理使用受到了联合国粮农组织 (FAO)、世界卫生组织(WHO)以及其它国际组织和世界各主要国家和地区的广泛关注。笔者6月在荷兰参加了第49届国际农药分析协作委员会 (CIPAC)年会及第二次(CIPAC/WHO联合会议。笔者认为,针对中国进出口农药管理的现状,深入研究国外的先进做法,对进出口农药实施有效监管势在必行。
The safe and rational use of pesticides has been widely concerned by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Health Organization (WHO), other international organizations and major countries and regions in the world. In June, the author attended the 49th International Conference on Pesticide Analysis (CIPAC) and the second (CIPAC / WHO Joint Meeting) in the Netherlands in June 2008. According to the current situation of China’s import and export of pesticide management, in-depth study of advanced foreign practices, Import and export of pesticides to implement effective supervision is imperative.
