一、研究喀什地区图书馆事业发展战略问题的必要性近几年来,随着我国经济的振兴,人们开始越来越多地注重经济发展战略的研究。大至全国、省、市、自治区、跨省的经济区,小至一个县、一个乡,都在考虑如何避免短期行为造成的不良后果,求得经济保持持续增长的势头和稳定、协调、有计划按比例的发展。对经济发展战略的研究,也在影响着社会发展的其他方面。一九八六年以来,上海、四川等地开始大规模地研究文化发展战略。在这种背景下,研究作为文化事业重要组成部分的图书馆事业的发展战略问题,不仅对研究整个社会发展有着重要作用,而且对丰富图书馆学的研究内容也有很大意义。
I. The Necessity of Studying the Development Strategy of Library in Kashgar Region In recent years, with the revitalization of our country’s economy, more and more attention has been paid to the study of economic development strategy.
