Foreword Since the beginning of organ transplantation, it has been a hot topic for health lawyers. After the implementation of the Unified Anatomy Grant Act in the 50 states of the United States, the question of how to obtain organs was followed. However, since the main problems in organ transplantation are virtually illegal, the methods for solving these problems are also illegal, which is now evident. Heart and liver transplantation is an extremely expensive medical treatment. Few individuals are able to pay for it. Few hospitals can perform such surgeries. How can organ transplants and other extremely expensive treatments be introduced during the recession? What is the health care supply system? The establishment of a small number of high-quality organ transplant centers by the federal government is plausible, but the federal government has so far
