目的:研究马鬃蛇提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:用药组设马鬃蛇体、马鬃蛇尾各2g/kg,1g/kg剂量组,并以地塞米松、罗痛定作阳性对照。采用耳廓肿胀法、周长测定法、腹腔通透法和肉芽肿增殖法,观察马鬃蛇的抗炎作用;用热板法和化学刺激扭体法,观察马鬃蛇的镇痛作用。结果:用药组2g/kg对小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀、大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀及醋酸所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性提高具有明显的抑制作用,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增殖有较好的抑制效果。小鼠热板法和扭体法测试表明有明显提高痛阈作用。结论:马鬃蛇醇提物具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of extracts from horse python. METHODS: The drug group was used to set the doses of 2g/kg and 1g/kg of horse scorpion body and equine tail, and dexamethasone and rotilum were used as positive controls. The auricular swelling method, perimeter measurement, abdominal permeation method and granuloma proliferation method were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the horse python. The analgesic effect of the horse python was observed by hot plate method and chemical stimulation writhing method. RESULTS: The drug group 2g/kg had obvious inhibitory effects on mice’s xylene-induced ear swelling, rat egg white paw swelling, and acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity. Proliferation has a good inhibitory effect. The mouse hot plate method and writhing test showed that the pain threshold was significantly improved. Conclusion: The alcohol extract from horse venom snake has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
