本文对铁坑铁矿尾矿库的尾砂力学特性及坝体排渗设施与坡脚压脚加固效果进行了评述。分别用圆弧法、解析法和有限元法对现有主坝的稳定性和坝体加高扩容的可行性进行了研究。研究表明,主坝是稳定的,坝库由118m标高加到125m标高,加高6m是可行的,可增加库容76万米~3,延长服务限约5年,可节省76万元基建费用。该研究可供中小型矿山尾矿库加高扩容改造工程设计与校核参考。
In this paper, the tailings mechanical properties of tailings in Tiekeng iron mine tailings and the reinforcement effect of the dam infiltration facilities and the foot of the foot are reviewed. The feasibility of the stability of the existing main dam and the dilatation and expansion of the dam are studied respectively by arc method, analytical method and finite element method. The study shows that the main dam is stable. The dam reservoir is increased from 118m elevation to 125m elevation. It is feasible to increase the height of 6m. It can increase the storage capacity of 760,000m 3, extend the service limit for 5 years, and save the construction cost of 760,000 yuan. This study can be used for engineering design and verification of high-density expansion tailings of small and medium-sized mine tailings.
