中职院校学生是我国基础教育的一个特殊学生群体,他们的健康成长意义重大。本文阐述中职院校基层班主任如何在日常学习、生活管理、能力锻炼上培养他们成为班级管理的主任,并提出具体建议。
Students in secondary vocational schools are a special group of students in basic education in our country. Their healthy growth is of great significance. This article elaborates how primary-level head teachers in vocational colleges should train them to be the director of class management in their daily study, life management and ability training, and put forward specific suggestions.
