(Reporter Xu Chunpei) On August 4, 2011, the second-term writing training course of “China Rural Finance” magazine was started in Manchuria, Inner Mongolia. It came from the banking regulatory bureau of 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in the country as well as farmers A total of 68 advocacy agencies attended the training.
