采用Langendorf离体大鼠心脏灌注,研究全心缺血10分钟、再灌注15分钟后,心率、左室发展压、冠脉流率和心电图的变化,以及钙离子拮抗剂盐酸氟桂嗪(FNZ)和/或氧自由基清除剂维生素C(Vit.C)对上述指标的影响。结果发现,FNZ具冠脉扩张(P<0.01)及轻微负性心率作用;对左室发展压无影响。Vit.C对心率、左室发展压和冠脉流率均无影响。再灌注10分钟时,FNZ+Vit.C组、Vit.C组和FNZ组的心率与左室发展压乘积(率压积)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示FNZ和Vit.C均可改善再灌注后心脏功能的恢复。
