2006年每月在长江口徐六泾采集颗粒态样品,进行颗粒态氨基酸(PAA)、颗粒态有机碳(POC)、颗粒态氮(PN)和叶绿素(Chl-a)的分析测定,以了解长江口徐六泾颗粒态氨基酸的月季变化特征及来源。结果表明,总颗粒态氨基酸(TPAA)与总悬浮颗粒物(TSM)之间是正相关关系(r=0.780,p<0.005)。TPAA在1月份达到最高值3.14μmol/L,在10月份降至最低值1.11μmol/L。各种氨基酸占总颗粒态氨基酸的摩尔百分比及D型对映体的相对比例均无显著变化。其中,天冬氨酸(Asp)、甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)、谷氨酸(Glu)、苏氨酸(Thr)、缬氨酸(Val)、丝氨酸(Ser)和亮氨酸(Leu)为优势氨基酸。D型精氨酸(D-Arg)、D型天冬氨酸(D-Asp)、D型谷氨酸(D-Glu)、D型亮氨酸(D-leu)和D型丙氨酸(D-Ala)为主要的D型氨基酸,其主要来自细菌源。POC/Chl-a,TPAA/PN与降解系数(DI)的对比表明:长江口徐六泾颗粒态氨基酸主要来源于陆源输入和新鲜浮游植物,且受到2006特枯年的气候干旱和三峡蓄水等因素的影响。
