我省和全国各地区一样,今年要继续开展爱国卫生运动。动员广大的人民群众积极行动起来,讲究卫生,粉碎美帝的细菌战,提高人民的健康水平,从而保证我国大规模经济建设工作的胜利完成。毛主席在全国卫生会议上指示我们要「动员起来,讲究卫生,减少疾病,提高人民健康水平,粉碎敌人的细菌战争」,这就给我们继续开展爱国卫生运动,指出了明确的方向,增强了我们工作的信心。去年我省广泛地开展了爱国卫生运动,由于各级党、政领导的重视,全省人民的努力和医务人员的艰苦工作,获得了反细菌战的胜利。但是,运动开展的不平衡,未能形成广泛群众性的运动。根据周总理「卫生工作与群众运动相结合」的指示方针,我们有条件搞好今年的爱国卫生运动。
As in other regions of our country, our province should continue to carry out the patriotic health campaign this year. Mobilize the broad masses of the people to act proactively, pay attention to health, smash the germ warfare of the United States and the emperor, and raise the people’s health so as to ensure the victory of the large-scale economic construction in our country is completed. At the National Health Conference, Chairman Mao instructed us to “mobilize ourselves, pay attention to health, reduce diseases, raise the people’s health level and smash the enemy’s germ warfare.” This will give us continued patriotic health campaign, pointing out a clear direction and strengthening Confidence in our work. Last year, our province carried out a wide range of patriotic health campaigns. As a result of the importance attached by the party and government leaders at all levels, the efforts of the people in the province and the hard work of medical personnel, the anti-bacterial war victory was won. However, the unbalanced development of the movement has failed to form a mass movement. According to Premier Zhou’s “guidelines for the integration of health work and mass movements,” we are qualified to improve this year’s patriotic health campaign.
