利用高碘酸强的氧化性,使VB2氧化,其本身生成碘酸与硝酸银反应生成沉淀,通过测定沉淀中的Ag+,建立了分析VB2的新方法——原子吸收分析法。测得VB2的量与吸光度峰值高度在2.5~15μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率在95%~103%范围内,与药典法测定结果的相对偏差小于3.2%。
The oxidation of VB2 by the strong oxidation of periodic acid made VB2 oxidize, which itself formed iodate and reacted with silver nitrate to form a precipitate. A new method for the analysis of VB2 was established by the determination of Ag + in the precipitate - atomic absorption spectrometry.
