对12只家犬利用缩窄主动脉法建立了心力衰竭模型,然后应用多普勒超声心动图测定主动脉瓣最大前向血流速度(Vmax)、平均加速度(MA)和加速时间内的速度时间积分(VTI),计算左室射血力(LVF),并用导管法同步测量左室瞬时压力变化(dp/dt)。结果显示心衰时Vmax,MA,LVF均明显下降且与dp/dt相关,其中LVF相关程度最好,提示LVF是一个更合理的左室收缩功能指标。
Heart failure model was established in 12 dogs by constriction aorta, and the aortic valve maximum forward blood flow velocity (Vmax), average acceleration (MA) and acceleration time were measured by Doppler echocardiography Time integral (VTI), left ventricular ejection power (LVF) was calculated, and the left ventricular pressure transient change (dp / dt) was measured synchronously by catheterization. The results showed that Vmax, MA, LVF were significantly decreased and dp / dt related to heart failure, of which LVF correlation was the best, suggesting that LVF is a more reasonable indicator of left ventricular systolic function.
