Objective To investigate the detection of human papillomavirus (HPV), chlamydia (CT) and trichomoniasis in vaginal discharge and cervical exfoliated cells in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods A total of 102 cases of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions diagnosed and treated by the Changjiang Shipping General Hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the experimental group and 50 healthy women undergoing physical examinations in the same period were selected as the control group. Vaginal secretions and cervical exfoliated cells were collected from two groups of subjects, and the differences of positive rates of HPV, CT and trichomoniasis were detected and compared. Results The positive rates of HPV, CT and trichomoniasis in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). The positive rate of HPV in CIN Ⅲ patients was significantly higher than that in CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅱ patients (P <0.05). The positive rates of CT and trichomoniasis in the three groups were not statistically different (P> 0.05). Conclusion HPV, CT, trichomoniasis and other genital tract infections are closely related to cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. HPV is an important factor in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Clinically, HPV, CT and trichomonad Screening.
