热带豆科牧草恩迪沃尔笔花豆(Stylosanthes guianensis CV.Endeavour)、格雷厄姆笔花豆(Stylosanthes guianensis CV.Graham)、细茎笔花豆(Stylosanthes guiansis CV.Oxley)、粗糙笔花豆(Stylosanthes scabra)、木豆(Cajanus cajan)等在广东省海南岛发生了丛枝病害。病株的症状特点是:植株矮化、缩节丛枝、叶变小、黄化。电子显微镜观察发现,在病株叶柄韧皮部筛管细胞超薄切片中,存在大量的类菌原体(MLO).菌体形态多样,其中多为圆形、椭圆形,大小分别为150—732nm、95—450 nm、130—400nm、240—600nm、100—840nm.由于在病株中发现有MLO存在,而健株中则没有。可以初步认为上述五种豆科牧草丛枝病是由MLO所致。
Tropical legume forage Stylosanthes guianensis CV. Endeavor, Stylosanthes guianensis CV. Graham, Stylosanthes guiansis CV. Oxley, (Stylosanthes scabra), Cajanus cajan and other branches in Hainan Island, Guangdong Province, occurred a bush disease. Symptoms of diseased plants are characterized by: dwarf plants, narrow bush, leaves smaller, yellow. Electron microscope observation showed that there were a large number of mycoplasma (MLO) in the ultra-thin sections of phloem sieve cells in the petiole of petiole.Multiorganisms were found in various shapes, most of which were round and oval with sizes of 150-732nm, 95-450 nm, 130-400 nm, 240-600 nm, 100-840 nm. Since MLO was found in the diseased plants, it was absent in healthy plants. It can be initially considered that the five legumes shrubs caused by MLO.
