微博、微信是基于网络和手机用户关系的信息获取、传播和分享的即时通讯工具。微博、微信的信息内容简短而丰富,信息传播快捷方便,信息传播渠道多样化。近年来,随着微博、微信等社交媒体的兴起,网络的微时代也随之到来。微时代背景下,人们可以在很短的时间来获取、制造、传播大量的信息,同时也带来信息沟通和传播的碎片化、泛滥化。微时代的特点给高校党建工作带来了机遇,同时也面临严峻的挑战。
