Crop pests can be effectively controlled, the premise is accurate and timely reporting. An important part of pest forecasting - Occurrence forecast can be based on the progress of pest development in the field. With the penetration of systems engineering methods, the pest development progress model for forecasting will increase. The developmental onset temperature and effective accumulated temperature of each insect state of the target pests are important parameters of the relevant model.
