茄子是上海郊区夏季的主栽蔬菜之一。近年来受病毒病危害,损失较严重。我们通过鉴别寄主、体外物理抗性、蚜虫传毒、琼脂糖凝胶双扩散和免疫电镜观察等方法,发现黄瓜花叶病毒是为害茄子的主要病毒种类。在抗性研究试验中,采用温室和大田相结合的方法,对13份茄子品系或品种的抗病能力进行了评价。同时利用指示植物和酶联免疫吸附方法对人工接种后未表现症状的单株进行了测定。
Eggplant is one of the main vegetables in the suburbs of Shanghai in summer. In recent years by the virus disease, the loss is more serious. Through identification of host, physical resistance in vitro, aphid transmission, agarose gel double diffusion and immunoelectron microscopy, we found that cucumber mosaic virus is the main virus that damages eggplant. In the resistance study, the resistance of 13 eggplant lines or cultivars was evaluated by a combination of greenhouse and field experiments. At the same time, the indicator plants and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to determine the unrepresented plants after artificial inoculation.
