通过对作动器摆动现象和几何原理进行分析,提出一种作动器防摆动控制结构,该控制结构不仅可以限制作动器接头和箱体摆动,避免出现操纵支座磨损和操纵失效现象,提高了作动器工作的可靠性和安全性,而且便于作动器和防撞垫圈拆装,可降低结构和系统的维修成本。
By analyzing the phenomenon of actuator wobble and geometric principle, an actuator anti-sway control structure is proposed. The control structure not only can limit the actuator joint and the box body to swing, but also avoid the wear and the failure of the operation support. Improve the reliability and safety of the actuator work, and facilitate the disassembly of the actuator and the crash washer, thereby reducing the structural and system maintenance costs.
