1.测量仪表和测量技术的进展测量仪表是一种借助物理或化学效应,用来获取过程信息的装置。表1简单地列出了1950~1980年测量技术进展概况。机电式和力平衡式变送器是通过某一机械部件的位移,将待测变量转换成相应的电阻、电容、电感、压力等。这是目前广为应用的一种变送器。物性型传感器是利用材料本身物理性能的变化,将待测变量转换成相应的信号。这种传感器具有灵敏度高、尺寸小、无可动部件等优点。
1. Measurement Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Advancements Instrumentation is a device that uses physical or chemical effects to obtain process information. Table 1 briefly outlines the progress of measurement techniques from 1950 to 1980. Electromechanical and force balanced transmitter is the displacement of a mechanical component, the measured variables into the corresponding resistance, capacitance, inductance, pressure and so on. This is a widely used transmitter. Physical properties of the sensor is the use of changes in the physical properties of the material itself, the measured variables into the corresponding signal. This sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, small size, no moving parts.
