预防保健工作是我国社会经济发展和社会福利保障的一个重要组成部分。搞好预防保健工作,是搞好医疗卫生,特别是农村卫生事业建设的一项战略性任务。预防保健体制改革是一项新的工作,我市于1988年3月开始,对乡(镇)预防保健体制改革进行了初步尝试,在乡(镇)建立了相对独立的预防保健机构。到目前为止,全市41个乡(镇)所在地已建立乡(镇)预防保健所28个;6个区中心所在地均建立了区中心预防保健所,合计34个,占全市乡(镇)数的72.3％。乡(镇)
Preventive health care is an important part of China’s socio-economic development and social welfare protection. Doing a good job of prevention and health care is a strategic task for the improvement of medical and health care, especially the construction of rural health services.
