我国的高考制度在恢复初期,充分地体现了保证社会公正的意义。但随着时间的推移,特别是社会多方面功利性需求的汇聚,使高考在很大程度上变成了一种追求功利的活动,其功利性意义超过了社会公正的意义。高考意义发生变化的主要原因,一是高考制度缺乏教育理性内涵的“基因”所致;二是由行政化的教育制度决定下的高考制度的行政化特性所致;三是我国历史悠久的文化传统及政治体制所致。
In the initial stage of restoration, the college entrance examination system in our country fully embodies the significance of guaranteeing social justice. However, with the passage of time, especially the gathering of various utilitarian needs of society, the college entrance examination has largely become a kind of pursuit of utilitarian activities whose utilitarian significance exceeds the meaning of social justice. The main reason for the change of college entrance examination meaning is that the college entrance examination system is lack of “gene ” due to the educational rational connotation; the second is caused by the administrative characteristics of the college entrance examination system which is decided by the administrative education system; the third is our country has a long history Cultural traditions and political system.
