一、前言为了发展在世界海运市场上具有高度竞争能力的船舶,各公司已研究成功高度自动化船舶,只需极少数船员就能正常运行,而不影响航运效率和安全。预期今年年底前,一艘只需十八个船员的高度自动化船将交付使用。目前世界造船的发展趋势是船员人数愈来愈少,而轮机部门的发展趋势更是如此。机舱需要人员现场观察管理;由于燃油种类增多和使用劣质燃油而增加了主机维护管理的工作。在这些工作中主机的维护管理占了相当大的比例。因此,人们致力于提高主机的可靠性、简化检查和维修工作,并把大部份的维修工作转移到陆上进行。最近,还对柴油机进行预防性维修的监控系统倍加关注。
I. INTRODUCTION In order to develop highly competitive ships in the world maritime transport market, companies have studied successfully highly automated ships and can operate normally with very few crew members without compromising shipping efficiency and safety. It is expected that by the end of this year, a highly automated vessel of only 18 crew members will be delivered. The current development trend of world shipbuilding is less and less the number of crew, and the development trend of the turbine department is even more so. Cabins require on-site personnel observation and management; increased maintenance and management of the mainframe due to increased fuel types and the use of inferior fuel. Maintain the host in these tasks accounted for a considerable proportion. Therefore, people are committed to improving the reliability of the host computer, simplifying inspection and maintenance work, and transferring most of the maintenance work to land. More recently, the monitoring system for preventive maintenance of diesel engines has also drawn much attention.
