报道30例恶性组织细胞病的临床表现及实验室检查。由于其症状缺乏特异性。临床表现多样,病变常呈灶性分布而确诊主要依据病理及血细胞形态,提出该病早期及表现特殊的病例常易误诊。讨论了本病的一般规律,对可疑病例建议多次病理活检及反复多部位骨髓检查。此外对恶组的细胞形态学诊断标准及病理诊断标准提出我们的看法。
Reported 30 cases of malignant histiocytosis clinical manifestations and laboratory tests. Due to the lack of specificity of its symptoms. Various clinical manifestations, lesions often foci distribution and diagnosis based mainly on pathology and blood cell morphology, put forward the early disease and the performance of special cases often misdiagnosed. Discussed the general law of the disease, the suspicious cases suggest multiple pathological biopsy and repeated multi-site bone marrow examination. In addition, we put forward our opinion on the diagnostic criteria of malignant cells and the diagnostic criteria of pathology.
